
I made this cheese ball for my crop on Saturday and it's easy to make and delicious. I like to roll it into a log instead of a ball though, because I can make repairs to the ends easily with more pecans. Why would I need to make repairs? Well, some people can't wait for a taste before their guests arrive, so they just cut into it and then smoosh more nuts onto the cut end. Sneaky, huh?
