Sesame Beef Stir Fry

I have a quick recipe for you today. I'm not a big red meat eater, but since we bought that cow back in the fall, I've been searching for recipes to use up some of that meat. Most of it is ground beef, which is easy to use, but I need some recipes for the rest of it. This is one I found that I really like. The best part is that it's quick to put together and it's good as leftovers.

Plus, aren't all those veggies just gorgeous?

Here's the recipe card so you can give it a try. Enjoy!

  4. Hi Jill,

One of your lurkers here, who just decided that she'd finally better post to let you know how yummy this meal was! Had to make it with a few mods, mainly involving fewer veggies b/c the hubs is an onion and pepper hater. We did compromise on the brocolli, actually, I didn't give him a choice on that one. Anyway, I'll get to the point - very, very yummy! I will be filing this recipe in my recipe card box, which is reserved for only the best! Love your blog! Honestly, I look forward to reading it everyday. Usually finds me in stitches - especially that post about your sister and her brawlin' days. That was just too funny - I passed your blog onto several coworkers so that they could enjoy too! Keep up the good work and keep the recipes and stories coming!
