Fancy Chicken Salad Croissants

I made these fancy Chicken Salad Croissants for lunch at my Winter Crop, and I'm in love with them now.

Sometimes I use my croppers as Guinea pigs to try out new recipes (ssh, don't tell), and that's exactly what I did with this recipe. I actually started with two recipes, then I combined the best of both to come up with this recipe. And it's a keeper, so I'm sharing it with you now.

Enjoy!

  2. I am making this ASAP! The only chicken salad I have found in my area that I really, really like is at a nearby supermarket deli. Your recipe sounds like a very close match. I like to get rosemary bread, the combo is unbelievable!
