I have also done the same this year to my kids bags buy instead of book rings, I used beaded ID holder. The letters for the girls' names are Creative Memories alphabet stickers, but you could use any alphabet stickers, stamps, or even do it freehand.<BR/><BR/>The ribbon is "perky" as you call it because it's gross grain ribbon and sheer ribbon, which stands up pretty well.
