I haven't been able to do anything with my blog since JUNE! AHHHHH. Lots of reasons. The month of July was spent working and preparing to leave work to stay at home with my Madi and watch another little one. I blogged mostly at work because I had the time, but when you are preparing to leave its best everything be ready for someone else to take over. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the weather- which I have tons o pictures... but so many in fact that my computer is out of memory to hold them. Back to School for us was the middle of August. My last day at "work" was the 31st of July. Since then entertaining 2 toddlers (sometimes 4 when a friend needs some help) leaves little time for blogging. By nights end I'm ready for bed myself. Back to School was rough on old mom here b/c my babies hit Middle School. The big 6th grade! I had intentions of asking you how the teacher testing went and then viola! a blog post popped up about your Back to School for YOU! So while I haven't abandoned my blog, I haven't had the time to contribute or the photo masterpieces to add :) Glad you are doing well, your clipboard is more handy than ever!!!!!

I am also juggling with the beginning of the year chaos as well. I haven't had much time to blog or read blogs either (or the energy to do so!) You are not alone.

It does get easier, at least I keep telling myself that! ;0)

I only just found your blog last week or so, and I was wondering how hard the first week of school would hit. I find that I am having a hard time this year, after 13 Septembers teaching fourth grade, because my kids are both in school now. I am not doing well with all four of us, (my husband teaches too) going back to school. Just hang in there until October. It'll be all routine by then!

Good luck on this new journey. I am a former teacher who is starting to consider going back but wonder how I would juggle it all. One thing that may help you out is freezer meals. I like the cookbook Fix, Freeze, Feast. You could cook one of the meals on a weekend night and have one serving for dinner and have between 4-8 meals for the freezer. It helps me a ton and I don't even work out of the home!! Looking forward to hearing more about your adventures.

Oh how I have missed you. Funny how we get so used to things(your blog) and then when it's gone missing, it seems to unreal. I've been checking back each day in hopes of knowing that you ARE still out there. The girls looked darling on their first day and it will get better, as the days pass and things fall into place. I'm sure your world is crazy right now. Welcome to mine! It's been like this since I had my first child. Clothes not folded, cereal bowls left in the sink all day, toys in the floor... ahhh a working mom's day is never ending!

Thanks for the update. I was wondering how you were surviving. I only have the one who started kindergarten and I still don't know how i'm managing. (her broken leg does make it a lil difficult. at least i don't have to chase her around right now)I hope you get your groove soon and can enjoy this fun experience. Good luck.

I have missed you so much! I know it's only been 11 days, but that is just too long.

I am glad your first week went well, and all your kids (classroom & biological) are adjusting. ( I would include your hubby, but he might take it the wrong way & get mad).

In other words, you have been missed!!!!!
