Kodak Moments

I wanted to share some pictures with you today that pretty much prove that I'm all about the picture.

This first picture is Stinkerbell when she was about 14 months old, buried in the sandbox by her cousin, Felicia.

As you can see, Stinkerbell did not like being buried and she was screaming and banging her little sand shovel on the sand, demanding that we get her out.

And where was I, you ask?

Well, behind the camera, of course. I ran to get my camera, and then I saved my baby from the nasty sand.

Oops, and here she is again, caught in a camping chair. That poor little thing.

She gets so mad. I see anger management workshops in her future.

And this one is Zoe Bug, on her second birthday, having her very first tantrum. Ah . . . the memories.

I was not helping her work through her anger either. I was standing there with my camera, telling her to kick her legs about a bit for better effect.

It makes for a great picture, don't you think?

  1. That's so cruel!!! hehe, but hilarious!! The one in the sand is my fave, who would bury a child in the sand???? too funny, I'm sure when I have kids one day, I'll be grabbing my camera first before rescuing too!

As long as there aren't guts or blood involved they can wait a minute, right?

  3. OK, I was LOL at those. I'm the same way, especially since I got a blog. I find myself saying "this is blogworthy". I mean, seriously, isn't it all about the blog?? ;)

  4. I know it's terrible of me, but I just sit and laugh when my 5 month old gets mad. He has the sweetest little holler-cry.

I also keep my camera on hand at ALL times!

  7. Great pics! Love them!

Taking pictures in times of distress builds good character and personality. Both for the mother and the child!
